Karen Mesela was one of the first pupils at the Foundation. She was the oldest and the one who wanted to go to school the most. She graduated more than 7 years ago and always liked to combine her studies with sport. We created the running team of the Foundation with her and her cousins. She has continued studying and practising sport as a military athlete, enjoying a diet that allows her to combine her two passions. She has been competing in the heptathlon and 100m hurdles for 7 years and has won 6 medals as a military athlete: 3 bronzes and 3 silvers and approximately 20 medals in school and national games.

She is also the mother of a beautiful little girl and is about to graduate as a school psychologist. And most importantly, whenever she can, she comes to see us at the Foundation to help in any way she can.
